I’m a writer, editor, teacher, and 2013 Master of Science candidate at the University of Michigan School of Information. Previously, I worked for six years in print and online journalism, and that experience has helped shape my vision for a responsive, user-centered approach to public service and design.

At U-M, I specialize in instructional technology, reference librarianship, user research, project management, and consulting. You’ll find examples of my work in the menu bar at the top of this page.

I live in a little house in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with my husband, more than 800 books, and not enough bookcases.
